When she realized that many of the younger children in her community lacked adequate education resources, Aunjanae dove headfirst into volunteering at Relentless Academy: a non-profit summer school program set-up to fill in the gaps of the current education system.
Being a student of Relentless Academy herself, she knew the invaluable support this school played in the community and stepped up to become a teacher.
Each month, the University of Minnesota Athletics, in an ongoing effort to spotlight the next generation of female leaders, will feature young women who are doing amazing things in their community through the original video series entitled “Girls In Leadership", presented by Cub & Dove.
